RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

We accept return of products. You have right to apply for a return within 15 days after the receipt of the product. To return your product, please contact our customer service at service@tempotec.net

Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products without any contacting with us. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our store.

If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at service@tempotec.net and we will suggest you solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product after getting your agreement. 

Don’t like the product and want to return it.


According to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, you needs to pay including but not limited the shipping cost, tax any extra fee related to the "RETURN", as we’re not able to request return shipping label from courier partner at the moment, the return cost need you to check with the courier of Postal service. Once we received the product in our warehouse and check the product condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (we will not cover the shipping cost from and to TempoTec warehouse).

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHICH ARE ABOUT RETURN (IF APPLICABLE)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you agree with the terms to process the refund, , please contact our customer service and kindly send the parcel back to us within 14 business days.

To complete your return please do the following:

  • Send us an e-mail at service@tempotec.net with your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the reasons;
  • We will give you the address where you send the product to;
  • Drop off your package at your carrier. Provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you notify us to cancel your order when your order is already being transported, we can do nothing but waiting it arrives you. After you receive the goods, you can ship it back to us. Any cost related to such "RETURN" including but not limited to shipping cost, tax will be undertaken by the buyer. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once the product you returned is received and gotten  checked and tested, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be under processed.

Kindly allow us have 3-7 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE)

Products with obvious signs of use;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts;
Any item that is returned over 15 days after delivery.

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE NO REFUNDS  (IF APPLICABLE)

 

  • Only the accessories are returned, for example, your order is our Digital Audio Player Variations V6, which has a V6, a protective case, a charging cable and other warranty cards in the package box when we sent it to you. if you only return any accessories instead of V6 the music player itself, we will not offer any refunds to you return;
  • An item which is not purchased in any of our official store. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or PayPal account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We also accept exchange and replace request from our customers in the following situations;

1. It was damaged during transportation; 
2. It is a detective product which can't use normally since you got it;
3. You don't like the color you choose and need to exchange.

About those 3 exchange situations, we cover the cost of the first two and you pay the cost of the third.
