I've been hunting for a while for an affordable desktop solution for my music listening. Tempotec's recent release of the Serenade X ticked all the boxes, so I ordered the day after it was released . Streaming, Bluetooth and playback of locally stored music (using USB Flash drive) all in one device. This device is packed full of features. I particularly like the HibyLink app that enables control of the device from my phone. Tempotec have a lot of experience with dacs and once again have done a great job to create an excellent sounding device. The device provides a neutral sound, as would be expected from Sabre, with excellent technical abilities. I am very pleased with the Serenade X.
